Doors do this too. If they don't latch snug, and/or weather stripping.
My weather stripping is old and after a big storm,
sometimes I find a puddle on the driver's side floor.
Thank you for reminding me winter is coming.

ok guys here is what i got.....

this is were the leak stream flowed from on passanger side

i could see a little wetness here not quite pooling as i dont believe enough space(sealed with sealer)

here is were i believe the leak was coming from, the corner of stripping (so sealered from top of windshield down and around the corner till bout 1/3 way across bottom of windshield as the trim got tighter to glass i stopped sealing.)

then i did the driver side corner just preventative but just bottom portion of glass.( till again bout 1/3 of the way in )

then i have a rust spot like dead center on my roof were windshield, trim and roof come together. i had sealed in this before but this time i really tried to just seal the trim up.

im aware the sealer is visible (dries clear per say..... lol) but its gonna dry looking like crap ill deal with it later,as long as there is no more leak.

if you look on this picture on the other side of windshield trim in the corner youll see how this stuff dries clearish but still noticeably visable

also here is my sealer

easy as hell to use
