Nope. Probably not. Probably not.

From what i know about the properties of metals, if a metal is cast in a shape and hardened in that shape, then deforms over time and becomes fatigued, reshaping the metal back to the original shape will further weaken the metal.

It may last a while, but it's not worth it IMO. I'd go with new springs or add a leaf to help the existing leafs out.

Goto Eaton Spring in Detroit's website. They have a complete discussion of re-arching.

Short version: you have to re-heat and re-temper. Cost is HIGH - higher than new springs, higher than really nice lift springs, higher than OMEmu.

I had some new springs I bought for a vehicle many years ago that I had re-arched. The springs were arched too much when I bought them, I had them flatened down a little in order to get the correct 'stance'. They removed the leaves and rearched the long ones. It was a classic car. That was over 20 years ago and they still look great. But they were new springs at the time and I don't drive it much, so they don't get flexed hardly at all. You might call your nearest spring shop and get their take. But for the cost of new leaf springs, I'd just probably replace.
