Default leaf springs keep rubbing...

Ok got new 31's on and my lowest leaf spring keeps making it's way over and rubbing my back tires... yes tires this happens on both sides... I keep knocking it back with a hammer but after playing the mud (pix to come) they returned to the rubbing position... is there a clamp or something I can use to keep them from traveling and rubbing my tires?

you can get some leaf spring clamps at most auto stores. is it a full leaf pack or an AAL doing the rubbing?

umm... it is the one closest to the axle, the shortest one on the bottom of the stack.

That's the overload spring.

I use to run 3" skyjacker springs that moved some after heavy flexing on rocks, but they never touched the tires.

Your U bolts may need to be tightened to add more friction to hold the pack together.

ok I will try to tighten it before I buy/make a clip. it seems to only do so after riding hard.
