Default Leaf Spring Unwind?

When I come to a stop and then take my foot off the brake a little, it feels like the drive train is shifting under me or unwinding or something weird. Anyone else have this. I had a clunk until I greased the slip yoke but this is new.

Sounds like u-joints to me. IMO It would be something that has slack not unwinding.
