Default leaf spring sag

This isn't for me but for a friend of mine. he has a 97 xj and 4.5" RC lift and his passenger side leaf spring tends to start sagging before the other. He contacted RC last year about this and they sent him out a new one but now this one is doing the same.
the driver side, which was still the same from when he installed the lift from the beginning, is still good and has plenty of arch on it. the lift is 3 years old.
he rarely goes offroading, hasnt gone since he put the new spring on. a year and a half ago. (hes deprived). any reasons for this? and or is there a way to prevent this?

Swap springs side to side... See if that cures it.

Or is he fat?

But seriously, that will do it. Also if he carrys a bunch of weight around in the back of it, especially on one side, etc.

as a matter of fact....but no shes not. and theres nothing in the jeep other than a tool bag and his spare but the spare is on the drivers side and the bag is in the middle. nothing else in the jeep. but i will do as someone said and have him swap the springs. but if that doesnt fix it, is there another problem it can be?
I know its an oddball issue but i cant figure out why it would be like that

I wonder if the leaf spring on the drivers side is the same spring rate?

Do they vary spring rates with the leafs like they do the coils? I know that you can get coils with heavier rates to compensate for things like winches and bumpers

maybe they sent him a heavier spring that he happened to install on the drivers side it would stay taller especially after it started to break in. Maybe the passenger side is the right spring rate and that is why the replacement did the same thing

Or maybe I am just wrong

I was only sorta kidding about the fat thing. I had a neighbor who was realllllly large. He used to own a smaller SUV, a liberty I think, and it looked like it was going to tip over sometimes it sagged so bad to the drivers side.
