Default Leaf spring question

the rear of my 99 xj rwd is sagging. I'd like to replace the leaf springs and shocks. According to my build sheet I have 52000051ab which is standard duty I'd like to replace with dorman set Dorman 929-301 Leaf Spring but they are for heavy duty (OE part number is 4886185AB, 4886187AB, 52000545AB).
My question is a) will the dorman set fit my jeep (going from standard duty to heavy duty). b) And what does heavy duty mean (ie. more stiff, less comfortable ride than the standard duty)?
Thanks

If you are trying to keep the stock ride quality I would go with the standard leafs. If you carry a lot of weight in the rear or tow often I would use the heavy duty leafs. The Dorman leafs will fit your XJ, but they may have a harsher ride than your stock set.

*Edit, sorry I read wrong, the Dorman does appear to be a heavy duty spring. Hopefully some one with experience with a heavy duty suspension equipt vehicle can chime in.

I'm not an expert by an means but generally speaking heavy duty means a spring that is capable of supporting more weight, so the ride would therefore be stiffer! My stockers were shot, had negative arch, rode like crap, so I replaced them with 2wd s10 springs (requires some fabrication) which are pleasantly firmer!
