I need to replace he leaf spring bussings in my xj
How does one get the casseing out of spring when out when the rubber busing comes out without it. Or maybe I don't have to remove the steal part at all.?
The replacement buhing dos not have caseing.

If you are replacing with rubber, they should have sleeves so you don't tear them up installing. Poly may not have the sleeve, and you will still probably have to remove the sleeves. Sawzall to cut a slit, screwdriver and hammer to remove...

you will need to get the old sleeves out, poly bushings dont use the stock sleeves, you can use a piece of pipe the same size as the sleeve to pound them out.when installing poly bushings use plenty of grease
