Just ordered all the parts needed to replace my rear leafs as mine are sagging 2" lower than the front. My question is has anybody here ever had the front eye bolts come out WITHOUT seizing to the bushing?
It almost seems like this happening is about the same odds as winning the lottery. I'm prepared to cut the spring eye with a cutoff wheel if I run into issues, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Mine came out without the bushing, but my dad and I had to use a 3/4" breaker bar w/ a 5' pipe to crack them loose (We live in the rust-belt). If the bolt is seized to the bushing
, just try to get the bolt completely out of the welded nut before cutting it. Good luck.

Call it luck or not...I've never had a bolt stick on 5 different lifts I've done..
I always soak everything down with pb blaster about 3 weeks before..
Get a good socket on it and take it slow..
If it starts to spin grab a 2nd paid of hands and have someone take a prybar and pry the bolt out as you turn it out..
Always works for me

Just finished up replacing the leafs. Everything went as planned, no hiccups. All bolts came out no problem thanks to PB blaster and heat. After replacing my factory leafs with replacement dorman ones, I gained 2" in the back. Woo. Now I'm riding level again
