LCA rub after lift: Backspacing?

What about 33x10.5's on 15x7's with +13mm offset/4.5" backspacing ? Will I have enough LCA clearance to be able to steer a reasonable amount?

The only other wheels I can get here (NZ) are 15x8 -19mm/3.75" backspacing and I think thats going to stick out a bit far

i.e. They probably wont 'tuck in' and they will be harder to cover as I'm planning to cut the guards and then use roll-a-flare to keep the wheels covered.
