I think I am finally going to put my 4.5" lift on my Cherokee (Got it almost 6 years ago but never installed it) but the nice 31.5" tires and wheels I was going to use were stolen from my backyard years ago...What is the largest size tire that will fit safely on a stock Jeep rim? I have 235's on there now but thought a 4.5" lift would look odd with tires that narrow.. Maybe 255's would still fit my rims?

35x12.50s will fit, but i wouldnt go much larger than that.

i mean you can fit any tire on there they are just gonna rub the **** out of your control arms and stuff
