Put tube doors or no doors on your XJ if you don't like the stockers. Put Lambo doors on a Lambo or Honda. Just my $.02

$800 sounds like a sweet lift and a nice set of tires, IMO

trust me i wanted to customize my jeep when i got it when i was 15. i tossed on a dual exhaust tip. i lingered around forums like this and Jeepforum, now ive had a 3.5" lift, and im currently running 6.5"s longarms, locked, axle swaps, 35s, hd bumpers, etc.

the JEEP bug will bite you soon enough

Personally without seeing a picture of one done, or experiencing one I couldn't really say, I would prefer them on a car and not a 4x4. You can buy allot of things for 800 bucks, make a list of things you want to do to your Cherokee and see which one you want the most.

Camo, sounds like your rig is set up pretty good, already. Anthony, is right, it is your rig to fix up as you please. That $800 would buy you a winch and bumper or a set of lockers for it, though.

Agreed, Jeeps are not to be riced out, they were made to be turned into off road machines. I wouldn't put crappy doors (I'm making no statement about their quality as I have no experience with doors like this) like that on my rig but like the others have said its yours do do what you wish to it.

Ya 800 bucks would give you a solid start in prepping it for off road use. I wish I had 800 bucks to drop on a novelty item like that he will inevitably outgrow.
