Knocking noise

Knocking noise
My cherokee has a knocking noise and it sounds like its coming from the bottom end near the oil pan. i was told to check my torque converter bolts to see if they are loose. But i also want to mention that the noise is constant from start up, driving, idling. sounds like a machine gun almost when driving. please help. BTW i only have 158xxx on the jeep so its low miles and oil always changed
