knock/rattle at high rpm

knock/rattle at high rpm
I have a 96 xj 4.0 L. I'm getting a crazy rattle/knock noise at high rpm's but only when I'm in drive and gettin on it. There is a little knock when at low rpm but when it gets to that high rpm it's bad rattle. Also low oil pressure when hot and idling and recently bad mpg and oil consumption.
