Question Kit Recomendations

I am about to get a lift kit and start to take myself down the long road away from stock. Right now I have everything stock. Im going to be putting 31s on it. My question is this: Anyone have any recomendations about the lift kits. I have about 800 max to spend on it, but from what I hear Im gonna want to get the quick discos so that takes my budget down to about 600 after shipping. Anyone got any ideas? Links would be awesome but I have the power of google .
I am going to want to upgrade to start flexing eventually, but definetly cant afford it just yet so please keep in mind that I want it to be upgradeable.

I got the Rough Country 3 inch Series II with full leaf packs, if I didnt want to go bigger than 31's i'd keep it forever, its a great kit and puts you a bit under budget even. To lift it more someday just throw a puck under the front or get some new coils for like 150 bucks and put a lift shackle on the rear springs.
