Hey I dropped the IR sensor in my 96 Jeep cherokee sport and I'm trying to order a remote key for it but I cannot find a 5 digit code that does not start with 9

Yeah Ive seen that my board looks nothing like that and has no 5 digit numbers that do not start with 9

 

Looks like if you didn't find it written on a piece of paper you may be SOL.

 

I wouldn't put too much effort into it, those IR systems don't work that well. I have to be just about at the window before mine operates.

 

I think I'm just going to take it to a place and have one of those fancy remote start systems put in although my ignition is weird when i shut the car off and pull the key it continues to run for like 2-4 seconds then shuts off
