keyless entery OEM

All i can find is the wiring but the receiver and the remote is missing? I have look everywhere and can not seem to find anything thejeep.com does not have the receiver.

i have a 99 xj it has the bord in the dome but it didnt come with keyless can i get a remote and program it or is there somthing that has to be done to the bord
