So i just finished resetting my ECU and installing the 784 injectors i purchased from PROGRAMBO.
First off i would like to say thanks to Programbo for the 784 injectors and adapters i purchased from him. He did a great job on the cleaning of the injectors, and if i did not know they were used/re built injector, i would have thought they were brand new out of the box, and on top of that, his tech help is great. If there is anybody out there interested in doing this up grade, i would highly recommend Programbo for there new injector purchase .....
So it maybe took me 1 hour to remove the old injectors and re install the 784's and adapters and reset the ECU to re-lurn for the new fuel parameters.
Of course it probably helped that i just re-placed all the O ring injectors less than a month ago, so i already new what i had to remove and how to go about it, either way, it is a very easy and straight forward job.
So from the first turn of the key, i could easily tell the difference in the smoother idling motor, and i could feel the much better response out of the motor when i hit the gas pedal. I cant really keep the best track of my fuel mileage since my odometer reads almost 10MPH faster thanks to my 4:88's and 35" tires, but if do receive better fuel mileage, it is just a bonus a far as I'm concerned with the smoother running motor and the little torque i will gain form idle to 3000 RPM's. Living at 6300', any up grade that gives me little more power since our oxygen level up in the mountains sucks compared to sea level is a bonus.
I would say the hardest part of this up date was removing the LITTLE metal clips that hold the stock wiring harness plugs to the stock injectors with my huge ***** hands with out bending them or loosing them. The other hard part is going to be re-setting my clock on my stereo after dis-connecting the battery

So since i just finished up the new injector up grade, and since I want to work on my 57 this 3 day week end, and i ran out of propane to heat the garage, i took the Cherokee to town to fill up my propane tanks.
The first thing i noticed was taking of from a stop sign there was a big difference, much more getty up and go.
The second thing, it takes less input of the gas pedal to get the same performance out of the single hole injector.
The third was i noticed on some hills i have to go over on my way to town was that the overdrive held longer than it normally did with the old injectors before the tranny down shifted into 3rd gear.
I can safely say i am happy with the performance on the first test drive, now i am curios how much better it will act once the ECU re-learns the new fuel parameters.
I think now i am going to have try and find the 99+ intake and P/S pump, and strap them on my Cherokee .....

I also got my 784's from Programbo. I'd recommend him for business any time. The injectors appeared to be brand new and he shipped them out even before I'd confirmed the payment was on it's way.
I also feel snappier throttle response. It definitely reacts immediately to any input from the gas pedal. I haven't been able to log a fuel mileage increase yet but as long as it's not WORSE, I'm happy with the upgrade.
