So i got my 96 2door sport from the inlaws about a year ago. been a great runner for me. fixed a floor board myself and had the exhaust replaced from the cat back. decided i should do a tune up on the old girl. when i pulled the plugs i couldn't believe the thing even ran. electrodes were worn all the way back to the porcelain. gap measured about .090 totally amazed. now to start on the real mods....

 

How old r the fluids.....coolant, motor oil, tranny fluid, gear oil, etc.?

 

coolant was changed when i first got it, water pump was leaking, also replaced the tstat. oil is due for a change in a week or so with my driving. not sure on the others yet. tranny was done a couple years ago.

 

I just did a tune up myself for the first time on mine as well, not as bad as yours sounds, but pretty bad as well
