what a difference. I got stick.... so shifting with it now is smooth, sports car like. accel is linear. the vibration i get i kind of like, because you just hear the engine louder...which isnt a bad thing..i have stock exhaust.
the overall feel is unexplainable. My old rubber mounts were COMPLETELY shredded and torn so it was a night and day difference. A+ if you dont have poly mounts get them.
Also I fixed my interior clock i can see it during the day and at night now if anyone is interested ill tell you how to do it.

wow, you really felt that much of a difference? I have a 5 speed and shifting is rough, it feels like there is a lot of play its all loose. But i took out the engine today from my 89 xj and my rubber mounts just fell apart! how much did they cost you, and where did you get them from?

i just looked on e bay and couldnt find the poly motor mounts at all, just stock ones. wonder if just replacing the old ones with new ones would help. on rockauto they are about 7 bucks a piece.

i was ordering parts for my 88 stang and found them in the summit racing catalog. Really simple a complete pain in the *** lining up the driver side mount i dont know why it was so hard i spent 2 hours on that side.
and the clock is the EXACT same bulb as the rocker switches by the steering wheel. I installed a sound system and ran my RCA wires and my new headunit and just replaced them while everything is apart. HVAC lights work now too. its a tiny little bulb like a 194 bulb only smaller. every dash light is the same bulb so when you buy em buy a bunch because almost all my dash lights other than my gauges were burnt out.
