I went to the junkyard recently and found a 00 Limited XJ Black leather interior. Well long story short the seats were in such good condition i removed them and put them in my XJ. It was also equipped with a Over head consol. I know this is a high dollar item correct? Then engine got burnt from a leaking line/injector so the Intake wasnt worth the risk to me. Anything any one may be interested in?? or is there somethig that i could remove to make some extra $$??

 

I would have snagged the intake, anyway. I want one of those 99+ intakes in a bad way.

Check the 'Wanted' section and see what wishes you can fulfill. I know I'm looking for the cruise control switch that mounts to the steeringwheel (just below the airbag), but I don't know if it is a direct swap (mines a 96). Check my post and maybe the photo on it will help.

It is a lot larger than the older style along with better air flows. Designed to open up 15+ more horsepower out of the pre-99 motors.

 

direct bolt- on to pre 99 engines ?

 

Yes and no. The mainfold its self bolts right up but there are a few modifcations you have to make to things like the power steering pump mount and I belive a few other upgrading mods. But for the most part it's pretty straight forward with no special skills required.
