It wouldn't have the cross bar just the bumper and built in lights option. Stage 4. My only concern is that the lights will be crappy, not work all the time, be hard to hook up or replace and get totally destroyed even if
the
bumper got bumped into.

That is a nice looking bumper. I don't think that you would have a reliability issue with the lights if they are installed correctly, but one never knows. Any type of auxillary lighting will break if exposed to the right situation, but it doesn't look like those would be too difficult to replace if need be.
