Yep! (I didn't catch the 242) Still good info out there though.

(Btw Ken, to avoid confusion you might have mentioned that the 87-90 Titania 02 sensors are a variable resistor, not a battery) We Know that, but someone following that thread could get confused.

Alright about to get her cleaned up since the hose is thawed. I'll post some pics. Do any of you know where I can find a service manual on the 88 pioneer or specs.

Well she's looking all polished turd like, has some minor rust spots that I have to fix but other than that I'm shocked as to how good of shape its in, especially cause I living in New England so this thing saw salt 4 months out of the year. Just changed the oil, about to try and tackle the coolant system cause there doesn't appear to be any flow, and I suspect a blockage or air bubble.

Just buy a cheap add-on holder from ebay.

Looks like you have the 231 T-Case. You might check those vacuum lines I mentioned.

Sweet! It looks very much like the 90 Laredo I just paid $1,200 dollars for. I happened to have a matching front bumper here! (and you don't have the Jacked-up ABS. > https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/ben...ee-abs-202633/

it does appear to be a 231 xfer case. also, you might change fuel filters, and keep a couple on hand. be prepared to change the long term maintenance items like the alternator and starter. keep an ear out for things like wheel bearings and ujoints.

edit: nice find.
