Hi , i got my jeep sent in (2000 jeep xj) for the torque converter to be replaced , and the mechanics say there is a hard vibration when starting the car now and when driving the whole car vibrates has anyone ever had this problem before? ps we supplied a torque converter that has been reconditioned

 

Sounds like the replacement TQ is bad.

 

TC is no good. Hoping you can get a no charge replacement.
