Jeep wont start in neutral

What does it mean if my jeep wont start in neutral? It starts right up in park everytime with no issue but the whole time ive had it its never been able to start in neutral.

Your Neutral Safety Switch needs cleaning most likely. Search "NSS cleaning"

I actually noticed this problem right after I cleaned my neutral safty switch lol. I used to have this issue where whenever I would go over neutral on the shifted it wouldnt start unless you giggled the hell out of it first lol.
