i have a 90 cherokee. like 2 weeks ago i went to get in my jeep and it didnt want to start and when it did it was missin and wouldnt stay runnin. i thought well dist got wet or somethin cause the hood vents so i proceeded to take my wifes car to work. well it did the same thing after about 20 min i finally got it to stay runnin. bein fine ever since. i havent really done much with the jeep since. i changed the cooling system over to a open system tonight and i went to start it up after i was done to flow water through system and now it wont start at all. does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

speakin of which i dont have one connected right now cause 90 model is made to screw into the radaitor and 98 into the t stat housing i have housing and sensor but no pig tail
