New to jeeps. Picked up my first xj 1991. I live it so far. It's a breeze to work on. I do have an issue. When the Jeep is cold it will not go in reverse and it want shift out of first. Ones it warm everything works like normal. I notice I have transmission fluid on both lines near the fans. Both have rubber hoses with clamps connecting parts and pieces together. And looks like the leaks are from those areas.. I could be wrong. But shouldn't those transmission lines be under heavy pressure and not using rubber hoses and clamps?
