Default Jeep stumbling and stuttering while driving.

I have used the search function and more often than not I can figure out the jeeps problem . But this time she has me stumped . It was down for a few days while I did a 3" lift on it . (My first !) and when I started it after the lift it was running a little rough at idle. This would come and go and was intermittent . I changed spark plugs and cleaned the iac and Tb. It seemed to go away . Then it began to buck after about 5 minutes of driving right around 45 mph where the rpms settle and it just starts to cruise . Now it's like the engine loses all power and will barely run if I'm highway driving . But as soon as I come to a stop the idle is around 300 and barely idling then when the jeep comes to a full stop , the rpms go where they should and it runs fine for another five minutes . I need the Gurus on this one

Could be a fuel issue. Find a pressure tester and hook into the fuel rail, there is a test port on it, running PSI should be 49 and then hold that for approx 5 minutes after shutoff.

^^THIS^^
Sounds like an injector problem I had once. Check the pressure as he said. After checking the pressure, pull the spark plugs and check for fouling or excess fuel on the plugs. let us know what happens~
Good luck

It doesn't do it stopped only when driving so I don't think I can check it with fuel pressure . But the plugs were very black

Could be a bad MAP sensor, or the vacuum line to it cracked.

Edit: See if this MAP sensor testing works for you.
