unknown injectors and no O2 could lead to huge overfueling
how do your spark plus look ?
My '96 with 250k miles accelerate like a mad thing over 80mph, big fine, so I dont
any other codes, air filtra/system good?, compression good, especially on all cyls ,one weak cyl could cause it

There has been some very good (and some not so good) advice on this thread of yours.
The eBay injectors could certainly be an issue. Your codes are telling you something. What that means is that the ECU is seeing high voltage on the wire going to both the upstream (in front of the cat) and downstream (behind the cat) O2 sensors. The downstream doesn't mean anything in this case. It's a catalyst efficiency monitor. Does diddly squat for fuel/ignition. It's just a monitor. The upstream does a LOT. High voltage means a rich condition, or too much fuel. But that could be an erroneous signal and the ECU could be cutting fuel based on that. Or, it could be such a pig rich condition that it can't hardly compensate. Either way, you aren't getting the correct air/fuel mixture for some reason or another.
-Do you HAVE an O2 sensor in the exhaust pipe BEFORE where the cat should be, and is it plugged in? If not, this MUST be resolved.
-Pull a spark plug and post a picture of what it looks like.
-Get a cheap ELM327 bluetooth scanner. They're like $10. Download Torque Lite (it's free) connect your phone to it and start learning what the livestream data values mean. It will help a ton.
