did it pull before you changed things? how accurate were your measurements? does it pull right all the time, or just sometimes (like braking).

If it was pulling before he made any changes, could be the tires, OR if he fixed a problem it was having, could still be the tires, if they are not worn properly. A tire rotation is a quick and easy way to check that.

This is a good point. I'd start by swapping the two front tires with each other and seeing if the pull goes to the left.

My 00 pulls to the right a little. After rotation, new tie rods, steering stabilizer and alignment, it still pulls but not as much or as often. In fact, it pulls left sometimes too. I figured it's just the shape of the road that's causing it.

most roads are capped so that you drift to the right for two reasons, 1) water runoff, and 2) safety, if you fall asleep, you're more likely to drift off the side of the road and kill yourself, than into oncoming traffic.

But being able to stay straight should require nothing more than finger pressure on the steering wheel, if it is something that requires constant attention/adjustment, or is even more sever than that, there is a problem with either the alignment or tires. If you swap tires and it goes away, or changes, its probably your tires, if it does not, then its probably your alignment. I said probably and not 100% because bad alignment can cause funny wear on tires, which will affect it after you swap sides. I try to do front to back to avoid this as much as possible, since most tires in the back wear pretty flat, if there is no bad wear in the back suspension.

It always pulls to the right and I get its not the best alignment but it works for the most part have any of you seen bleepin jeeps alignment? Because that is the one i do Also it's towed in the front by 1/16th of an inch and I'm thinking it's the tires it's not too crazy of a pull but enough to concern me it got better after I replaced my tierod but it's not as well as I thought it would

rotate your tires in a cross pattern, see if it changes:
