jeep cherokee serpentine belt issue......
well last night while i was driving home from my gf house i heard a clunking noise but didn't think anything of it because i though it was just the snow and ice i was driving over.. well when i went to turn i realized i didn't have any power steering..... well luckily i was seriously only 10 seconds away from my driveway when it happened. i looked under the hood and my serpentine belt was all tangled up.. i just left it like that because it was parked and like 10 at night. when i got home from work today my dad had the belt on for me already!!!! but we realized one of my pullys wasnt moving at all... so that explains the squeaking ive been hearing during start ups.... heres a pic of what isnt moving... can you guys help me out on this? thanks!

Before you do anything, try rotating the pump pulley by hand and see if it really is seized up.
Napa has pumps, gaskets, and water pump inlet tube for heater.
New pump 32.99, rebuilt pump 57.49
Gasket 1.99
inlet tube 10.99
You'll also need a couple gallons of 50/50 premixed anti-freeze.
You may find the the radiator hoses need to be changed as well.
