Default Jeep Cherokee 4.7 rough idle stalling code p0500

, here goes... My ex drove my Jeep thru a large puddle and it was running extremely rough and blowing white smoke.. It was throwing a list of codes, buy I do not have access to that, because he cleared them all and told me it was fixed...NOT! I drove her till she thru codes p0302, p1299, p0300...I pulled all the plugs, and they looked fine, except the plug in cylinder 4 was wet and smelled of gas...I cleaned them all, put them back in...I found a small vacuum line toward the back of the motor that goes into the firewall has been severed, and I replaced that...I cleaned the TB, IAC, TPS...I pulled the PCV valve and cleaned... It still rattled and there was suction there... I put seafoam in the oil and vacuum system, and star Tron and 96 octane in the fuel system... Cleared codes and took her for a ride.... Only getting the p0500 code now, but don't know what to do next.... When starting her cold, she starts right up and idles perfectly fit about a minute, then runs so rough the motor shakes and sound like it wants to stall... If I turn on the Ac, it out her in gear, she will stall.... When starting again, it has a long crank time before firing, and sometimes i have to give her gas to start..She seems to run for IF the RPMS stay over 2000... When driving, if the rpms drop under 2000, she is rough as well, and will stall on stops...I also hear a sucking noise from the top of the motor, but cannot find any leaks
