Jeep 2500 conversion
I would really like to swap the front end on my XJ to the 2500 front end from China. If anyone has ever seen it, it does look pretty darn cool. So I was wondering, if anyone knew, what do you need to change besides the front grill and the front bumper? Do you need to change the hood? And lastly do you need to change the front quarter panels?

It looks like you will need the front fenders, headlight assy's, front bumper cover, grill, grill header, the hood looks the same to me but maybe needs to be switched, also you may need the metal bumper core that go's behind the polyurathane fron bumper cover.
I would just find an asian importer and bring over the entire front clip. That way you have the entire front end assy to do your swap with.
I have done front end swaps on alot of cars like nissan's and honda's and everything I have listed is the basic change over parts required.

That is my opinion also, I think the headlights are too big and they do not tie into the XJ correctly at least for my own taste.
Then again I dont like the 96+ XJ front end either, My 91 suits me perfectly and if i had a 96+ i would switch to the earlier front clip.
