First I want to thank everyone for all the help I have gotten here on the forum. Ive been at the project of putting a 360 in my cherokee for a wile now and thanks to all the help its alive

.Still a long way from finnished but alive none the less.
Now for the next question. Like I said its been a long time since I junked the old 4.0 and I dont remember wich fuel line is the supply and wich is the return. I know its a silly question and probobly simple so help me out if you can.

Both lines are the same size and the wiring harness is long gone, I dont plan to use the fuel pump so can I just wire it to a batterey and see wich line spits fuel or would that be realy dangerous.

thats fine, just put an empty water bottle on the end of each line and see which one spits gas, thats the main line, the other is the return
