Default Intermittent Power Windows

On my 2000 XJ when I first start up, the 3 passenger windows will not work. If I turn the key off and cycle it on...off...on a few times, all the windows work. Drivers window works all the time. This issue happens every now and again.

No problem, it may not be great if you have kids because basically you're bypassing the window lock switch.
