Default intermittent low power+stalling

2000 jeep Cherokee 4.0, drives fine the randomly it will lose power and sometimes stall, try to start it back up and it will ping and backfire, after 10 min of sitting it will run just fine, new cooling system temp gauge reads 190, have gas plugs changed 3 months ago used champion coppers, coil never changed. and also there are no codes stored.
thanks in advance

Welcome, Kevin!

How does your tailpipe look? Sooty? Have you done a fuel pressure test?

It's odd that there are no codes.....
