Hoping someone has solved this problem. My jeep will intermittently crank. I thought it was the nss so took that apart and cleaned it, nice and shiny contacts so this shouldn't be the problem. Back lights working seems to be in proper position. I can jump the starter with a screw driver and will spark and crank right up. So i don't believe it is a battery or starter issue. After doing this it will crank with the key again for several days before I have to jump the starter again. Any ideas? New to working on jeeps so appreciate all the advice I can get.

 

There are multiple things that could be wrong. The Cps seems to be common. Look up info on that. And it must be Mopar.
