i have a 96 grand cherokee 4.0 intrior lights wont go off checked door sensors they are good, checked rear dome switch it is good . what next am i missing something

The interior lights are switched ground IIRC. This means you should pry start chasing wires. You must have a ground wire somewhere in the cab that is either pinched or stripped, causing the lights to come on...

damn thats what i didnt want to do, any good ideas where to start looking
