the green ring around where the key goes is staying on and has killed my batt.
hav tried the light **** but idk any help on how to turn it off?

 

isnt it supposed to time out after the door is closed might have to take the bulb out

the bulb? well if i had to guess its behind the green ring, i dont have that key light on mine if you dont see a bulb than might have to look for a way to unplug it or just cut the wire, but only cut one wire if you do both you will cause a short and could blow a fuse
i gotta say i find it hard to believe that little bulb could kill the battery unless we r talking like in a week
