Intake swap confirmation..HELP!!
I am in the process of finishing up a complete engine rebuild with some mods both internal and external. I have put the '99 intake on my '92 engine. I am installing the later model power steering pump. I have searched and read for many hours and that may be what's wrong. I believe I need to remove the idler pulley on the AC bracket and route the belt the same as the '99 or later model. When I mocked this up it looks like it needs to be shorter. I really never found a picture of the belt routing after it was change to the later model and no definite length on the belt.
I appreciate any input.
Thanks

I'm confused, what are you doing? Swapping an older intake on the 99? Or swapping a 99 intake on an older engine?
