On the back of the cluster where the lights go in, does anyone which is the + and - for the back lit bulbs?

 

I dunno, as I've never had my dash apart, but you should be able to follow the traces until one of them is obviously a ground connection. One clue is that often a ground trace will go to a mounting screw that is attached to the metal body. Not always, though.
