Default Instrument Cluster ???

My brother just bought a 96 sport XJ. His inst cluster is the basic cluster, with barely no gauges to monitor the engine. I know that some sensors are different, but can he replace the inst cluster for one from a different one with the gauges???

Actually, I'm curious about this too. I have an instrument cluster with most of the gauges, but a BIG fuel gauge and a little low fuel dummy light at the bottom left. On my Laredo that I used to drive, it had cruise control, so it had an RPM gauge where the big fuel gauge goes, and a small gas gauge where the dummy light is. I like that a lot better, mostly because of the RPM gauge. Is there a way to easily change it? The cruise never worked in my old Laredo, and if I remember correctly, the cruise control gauge cluster didn't have a speedometer cable like my current Jeep does.
