Install Smittybilt XRC Front bumper on 1987 cherokee
Hi
I just bought a front bumper XRC from smittybilt for my 1987 XJ. I see on the instructions that you need to cut the fender flares but also see several reviews and comments on boards that cutting was not needed with some pretty awful pictures.
Does anyone have any experience on how much to cut off from the fender to install the bumper on an older xj. Pictures of how much was cut off would be much appreciated.
Also any recommendations on what to use to cut off the fender (if needed) I have only tin snips at the moment.
thanks
