injector pulse problem

injector pulse problem
I have a 90 XJ and i have no pulse at the injectors while cranking. I can prime it and as soon as it starts i have a pulse at the injectors. I have replaced the crank sensor and swap out the ECU. one other thing is the tach acts up at idle. what am I missing???

fuel presser is good i have 34 with vac and 45 with out vac.
I didnt think the 90 model had a cam sensor but i will check. Not to famelier with the 4.0
