Question improve steering and handling

what are the things i should work on to improve the steering in my 1992 cherokee? i've replaced the following items so far but it still seems to wander a bit and it seems to be slow to respond to steering input to keep it traveling straight. all with new parts: replaced ball joints, hub assemblies, steering box, short tie rod end close to steering box, added 2" lift kit, spacers in front and add-a-leaf in rear. tires are new michelens 235/75's, toe in is set correctly.

If caster was not adjusted after the lift that could be an issue.

1/8" toe in front. caster has not been adjusted but reading on this site it looks like 1/8" shim would be a good one to throw in it. trying to keep it low budget.

Do you have an angle finder?

The caster affects return to center strength. Not enough and the front wheels/tires will act like those on a busted shopping cart. You know the ones that wobble side to side when you try and puch it forward?

This may help, http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAlignment.htm
