You may need a new rear brake flex line, but the front hard lines can be relocated further down. This will allow you to retain the stock lines. If you want to keep the hard lines where they are then you can use some YJ brake lines to replace your OEM flex lines.
Your 94 is a year that you will have to just try and see if you will need the T/C drop or even a SYE kit.

before I put on my 3" RC I called them to see if needed to do anything else and they said no, it's on and so far I have had no vib's or break line popping off, I flexed all four corners when I put on on my quick dic's and ever thing looked good.

I just went out and jacked up the drivers side so I could tell Stryker how full of crap he was about crash and die. well before I got the rear tire off the ground that flex line was tighter then a banjo string. I wont be driving it till thats replaced. why would RC tell me I dont need anything else with a 3" lift? all I have to say is thank you Stryker and Blue for making me look at that, I will NEVER question you guys again. my apology and now I bow and hang my head in shame

It's one of the BIG reasons their kits are so much cheaper...
YJ stock lines on the front are cheaper than getting lines from one of the lift companies and work great....
