Slim-Jim. got one off my dad, probably the only other reason i'm glad he's a firefighter and knows all of the cops in my tiny town!

Most of the time if you can wedge the door out abit or if the window is down you can pull the handle.. pending on the year, make and model. Atleast on my 99 classic it works and my cousins' 97 wrangler. I'm a locksmith and we use a tool called the long reach, just a 3' piece of spring steel with a string attached for tension. (Pulling the handle almost always works of Fords by the way)

and also I wouldn't suggest using a slim jim, unless you know what you're doing you can really damage the wiring in the door, and good luck picking a the lock, most locks have a 'side-bar' thing on em and it makes it nearly impossible to pick, (I've tried). They do have these nifty little keys called Marshal Keys, that are lockpicks for car locks.

another trick ive used to get electric locks open is to pry at the top of the door and take off your radio ant and use it to hit the switch . its slim and stiff enough to doit

I just reach them into the window seal after putting a hook on them, and hit the tab on the back of the door lock key cylinder. ta-da, unlocked.

you could always just take the back glass out (or even the rear quarter glass if it's a 2 door) both are only held in by the rubber stripping....no eurathane

Quote: I learned when testing ANYthing first roll down window ...!
also keep spare key in pocket.

This. When I locked my keys in my talon the window was cracked but not enough to wedge my arm down to unlock it. Felt like Macgyver when I removed my wiper blade and used it to unlock the door.

Using antennas & wiper blades is new to me, but that's pretty cool!
