My 91 does this a little also, kinda shakes the body a little to? It also backfires a little when a little bit of gas is given. Anyways, Im replacing my exhuast system (I know MY jeep) and Im pretty sure that will take care of it. Didn't see any exhuast items on ur "already fixed", maybe check it out.

so, tonight after another hour of driving and intermittent hesitation, i got home, popped hood and unplugged IAC. nothing happened. i revved it and it revved normal and returned to idle with ease and w/o issue... huh... its sitting w/ the battery disconnected for now... (hoping this might resolve a computer issue, or something, even if temporarily) still burning out on this one... need more humor/jokes/jeep drift vids...

Lmao, I've just unplugged it, let it sit for 20 minutes, ground out the positive line, re-connect and have a nice day. There could be another way though, and I'm being serious on that.
