Issues started a couple of days ago when tab that holds in aftermarket radio broke and radio started to wiggle its way out. I pushed the radio back in while driving and seen a small spark. Now I have a check engine light no dash illumination, no tail lights or running lights. No power at fuses 6,7. Also no power at obd port. Fuses are good I can switch them to other fuse location and circuit tester says they have power. Circuit tester also does not detect power on orange wire anywhere inside vehicle. I can connect a jumper wire and all the lights will start working so all bulbs are good. Also put In a new headlight/dimmer switch and the headlight delay buzzed for about 2 seconds. Please help before I burn this thing down 🔥.

 

I think the next thing to do is to remove the radio so you can examine what shorted and sparked. find out which wire(s) shorted, then we can determine what circuit is involved.

 

I have the radio and all trim removed. The only wire not taped off was the orange wire.
