every once in a while when i turn the key on it won't start.if i turn it back to accesory then all the way over to the start position it starts every time.battery is new;resting at 12.8x volts,terminals cleaned,new wire from starter to batt.,starter relay is good,solenoid is good.anyone else had this problem??

 

if you put it in nuetral will it start,sounds like you NSS is going bad.One way to check is turn on the key and put it in reverse if there are no reverse lights its the NSS.
