Ignition Lock Problem?

Ignition Lock Problem?
Hey all,
So recently, the key won't turn at all and I can't get the jeep started. I try to shift the wheel, push up on the transmission lever, you name it, no luck.
From the Haynes I see that changing the ignition lock barrel is pretty simple. Do you think this is all I need to do? Also, could a dealership change this without me needing new keys? Thanks.
